Team Learners Inc., operating as "Artificial General Intelligence Team" on Google Play, ("we", "our", or "us") operates ClawBox and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the ClawBox mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

• Authentication Information: When you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your account ID and email address.
• Subscription Status: We store your subscription plan and status to manage access to premium features.
• Telegram Bot Data: If you connect a Telegram bot, we store the bot token you provide and chat data processed through the bot.
• Chat Data: When you use the in-app chat feature, we collect the messages you send, any images you attach, and conversation context necessary to generate AI responses.

• To provide and maintain our services
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To manage subscriptions and access to features
• To process your chat messages and image attachments through third-party AI services in order to generate real-time AI responses

In-App Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, processed via RevenueCat. Payment information is handled directly by Apple or Google — we do not collect or store your payment details. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy.

Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with the following third-party providers:

• RevenueCat — Subscription and payment management
• Google — Authentication and in-app purchases
• Apple — Authentication and in-app purchases
• Telegram — Bot integration and messaging
• OpenRouter — AI model access

Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy. We require that all third-party partners provide the same or equivalent level of protection for your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

AI Service and Data Processing

When you use the chat feature, your data is processed as follows:

• Data transmitted: Chat messages, image attachments, and conversation context are sent to our servers and forwarded to third-party AI providers.
• Third-party recipients: Your chat data is routed through OpenRouter, which may forward it to AI model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, depending on the model used.
• Purpose: This data is used solely to generate real-time AI responses to your messages.
• No training use: Your chat data is not used to train AI models. Data is processed only for the purpose of generating responses.
• Data protection: OpenRouter and its downstream AI providers are contractually required to protect your data and not use it for purposes beyond providing the AI service.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.

Your Rights

• You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
• You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
• You can revoke your consent for AI data processing at any time from the Settings screen within the app. To request deletion of previously processed data, please contact us.
